All prices for single family residence with one attached or unattached garage or out building.
$65.00 each additional structure.
We accept Cash or Check, Closing with Prior Arrangements only (extra $50.00 fee for waiting for closing cost up to a 60 day waiting period, With an additional $25.00 fee for each 30 day period thereafter that the inspection fee is not paid in full.) There will also be a service fee of $50.00 due immediately for any inspection where the inspection has not been cancelled before arrival of the inspector and can not be completed thru no fault of Krausz House Inspections LLC. (No utilities were on ETC.) Or house is winterized Etc. All request for waiting for closing must have a pre signed contract by the buyer and delivered back to Krausz House Inspections LLC before the inspection will be performed.

up to $150,000 = $300
$150,001 to $200,000 = $325
$200,001 to $250,000 = $350
$250,001 to $300,000 = $375
$300,001 to $350,000 = $400
$350,001 to $400,000 = $425
$400,001 to $450,000 = $450
$450,001 to $500,000 = $475
$500,001 to $550,000 = $500
$550,001 to $600,000 = $525 ETC.
Two family = Additional $125.00
