From downtown St. Louis, I service all areas up to 50 miles North or West, up to 75 miles South, and All OTHER AREAS upon request from the buyer.
Services Provided
Using a tablet computer, truck mounted CD writer, and printer, I give a full narrative, software generated, easy to read on site report with pictures inserted of the major defects.
I take digital pictures of each house and give the customer a complementary CD that plays on a DVD player or computer, as a slide show at the end of the inspection.
I have a Supra Key and I provide a FREE DVD on how to maintain a house and EPA Enviromental Concerns guide to each customer.
I can also arrange for Termite, and Radon Inspections upon customer request.

What I Inspect
I will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out.
As a ASHI-certified professional home inspector, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.
Outside the home, I will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then I will move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating, air-conditioning,plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.
