    I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) Inspector #05030341.

    I am a member in good standing of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Inspector #244951. 

    I have passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

    I have passed ASHI's National Examination.

    I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

    I have passed ASHI's Code of Ethic's test and abide by it. 

    I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

    I have passed ASHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.  

    I fulfill at least 30 hours of continuing education every year for (NACHI).

    I fullfill at least 20 hours of continuing education every year for (ASHI).

    I am Certified by Professional Home Inspectors Training Instute (PHII)
